The Bad Batch has premiered! Of course we look forward to the After-Show down the road with aftershow-host Diego (featured from our 40 part clone wars talk series). Until then, Blake and Josh have much to say on the weekly release of each bad batch episode going forward. Today we kick off with the premiere length Bad Batch MOVIE we had launch on May 4th. There was plenty to chat about today.
We also acknowledged Kanan's appearance as Caleb Dume (his real name) and the inconsistencies with the Kanan comic series, which was the original canon story that explained his origin. What other inconsistencies have happened from page to screen so far? We talked about those today too.

About
In 2015 we had an idea to create a Star Wars podcast that felt both fun, informative and different than the existing podcasts available to audiences in the Star Wars fandom. In 2019 that idea was made a reality with the launch of our first Intro (since updated) and the debut of the logo.
What's our Escape Pod theme about?
Our logo and podcast title is based on the first shot ILM ever completed in 1976 on "Star Wars". The escape pod launching from the Tantive IV. It remains an iconic shot to this day. In late 2022 we vectorized and modernized our logo that was once essentially a screenshot (with some photoshop applied) and turned it into a recognizable essence of the original but something we can call our own.
